MASmobile is designed for use by MASterMind customers and necessitates MASterMind EX services.

MASmobile enables authorized central station employees and dealers to oversee customer information, place systems on or off test mode, check system event history, test records, and system zones, through a mobile device. Utilization of MASmobile requires MASterMind EX services for connecting to the central station database.

MASmobile has recently undergone a full redesign process, resulting in a new user interface and improved user experience. The application now supports both light and dark interface styles. Furthermore, the app has been revamped to function specifically with MASterMind EX services for linking to your central station database. Enhanced security measures like OAuth Session Management and biometric login support have been integrated into the application. Additional enhancements include improvements to session management, abandoned session handling, and password reset management.
